What you will do:

As part of our team, you'll:

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy

• Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business value

• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

• Work closely with development teams during sprint planning and reviews

• Make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization

• Validate deliverables and accept completed work

• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive improvements

• Balance business needs, technical constraints, and user experience

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in IT projects

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Data-driven approach to decision making

• Understanding of software development lifecycle

• Nice to know: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence

• Experience with digital products (web/mobile applications) and UX/UI principles

• Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients

• Higher education in technical, business, or related field
