Team Lead (.NET)

Our Client is an international technology company providing modern SaaS tools that help organizations manage business travel more effectively.

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a strong technical background in .NET and a product-oriented environment, who will take on the challenge of organizing the team, managing processes, and delivering projects on time.

📍 WORK MODE Warsaw – hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

🧑‍💻 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a 10-person team (developers and testers), including work planning, priority setting, and progress tracking

• Implementing and enforcing work standards, documentation, and processes in line with client requirements and the Working Backwards methodology

• Providing technical support to the team, ensuring code quality, and collaborating on system architecture development

• Participating in project reviews, defining deadlines, and taking ownership of on-time delivery

• Working closely with Product Managers to distribute tasks and define the product roadmap

🔍 REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in leading a development team and delivering projects in a product-based environment

• Hands-on experience with C# / .NET, enabling effective technical support for the team

• Strong ability to plan work and enforce deadlines in a demanding environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in team mentoring

• Very good command of English (C1)

Nice-to-have

• Experience in transportation-related industries (rail, aviation, road transport)

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Docker, SQL, and Redis
