Software Development Lead (.NET)

Our Client is an innovative company in the Mobility sector, developing scalable solutions for users around the world.

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Lead who will lead a team of engineers, make key architectural decisions, and support team growth through mentoring and technical best practices.

📍 WORK MODE Warsaw – hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office)

🧑‍💻 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading product development from concept to production — translating user needs into working features

• Managing the team in an Agile environment — collaborating with Product Managers on priorities, overseeing sprints, tracking outcomes, and mentoring engineers

• Ensuring platform reliability and scalability — resolving issues, reducing technical debt, and maintaining system performance and security

• Driving technical excellence — designing architecture, preparing technical documentation, and implementing testing practices

• Delivering and scaling solutions — overseeing releases, optimizing infrastructure, and planning for future scalability

• Developing team talent — building a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

🔍 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role or system design

• Experience in Mobility projects (car, rail, air)

• Very good knowledge of C#, .NET, Entity Framework, SQL, and Angular

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, Redis, and CI/CD

• Solid understanding of software architecture, testing practices, and security principles

• English proficiency at B2 level
