Senior .net developer

Our Client is one of the largest e-commerce players in Central and Eastern Europe, operating systems at a very large scale with a real impact on millions of users. The project focuses on the development and maintenance of key distributed systems that must be efficient, scalable, and highly reliable.

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer who wants to work close to the business, have a real influence on system architecture, and build solutions that truly matter.

📍 WORK MODE: Warsaw / Kraków / Poznań – hybrid (1 day per week in the office – must-have)

🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining distributed systems within the .NET / C# ecosystem, operating at scale and under high load

• Co-creating system architecture with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability

• Working closely with business challenges by analyzing requirements and proposing well-thought-out, effective technical solutions

• Actively participating in code reviews, both as an author and a reviewer, with a strong emphasis on code quality and best practices

• Collaborating within autonomous product teams that have real ownership over the solutions they build

• Continuously developing technical skills and sharing knowledge within the team

🔍 REQUIREMENTS:

Must-have:

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience with .NET / C#

• Hands-on experience in designing distributed system architectures

• Strong engineering mindset with a focus on performance, scalability, code quality, and system maintainability

• Teamwork skills and openness to code reviews

• Ability to translate user and business needs into meaningful technical solutions

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (international work environment)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with very large-scale systems or e-commerce environments

• Active knowledge sharing (mentoring, internal technical initiatives)
