Job description

For our Client, we are looking for a Support Specialist who will act as the first point of contact for customers in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related web applications. The person in this role will be responsible for handling incoming requests, resolving simple issues independently, and analyzing and forwarding more complex cases to the appropriate consultants. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals starting their career in IT who are interested in Quality Assurance and application support.


Working mode - 100% Remote



Your responsibilities:

  • Handling customer requests (tickets) in the helpdesk system.

  • Diagnosing basic issues related to Dynamics 365 and web applications.

  • Independently resolving common issues and reporting bugs to the development/QA team.

  • Analyzing and categorizing requests and forwarding them to the appropriate consultants (e.g. D365, integrations, infrastructure).

  • Documenting issues and proposed solutions.

  • Maintaining positive communication with the customer and keeping them informed about the progress of their request.

  • Working in a shift-based system and participating in on-call duties according to the team schedule.


Requirements:

  • Student or graduate status in technical, economic, or related fields.

  • Interest in QA / IT support / ERP or CRM systems.

  • Basic knowledge of business systems (Dynamics 365 is required).

  • Analytical thinking skills and ability to learn quickly.

  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Good command of English (minimum B1).

  • Willingness to work shifts and participate in on-call duties according to the schedule.


Nice to have:

  • First experience in IT (internships, student projects, user support).

  • Knowledge of business processes (finance, sales, logistics).
