IT Project Manager (Healthcare sector)

Our Client is a healthcare sector organization that consistently invests in the development of modern IT solutions supporting key business processes. The project focuses on the delivery and further development of systems and applications used in the organization’s day-to-day operations, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and digital transformation.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will take ownership of implementation projects in a highly complex environment with a real and tangible business impact.

📍 WORK MODE: Warsaw – hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

🧑‍💻 WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Leading IT projects from the requirements analysis phase, through technical delivery, to production rollout and solution stabilization.

• Organizing and coordinating the work of technical teams (development, QA, analysts) as well as external vendors and partners.

• Ongoing cooperation with business and product owners to align IT solutions with real organizational needs.

• Managing the project budget, timeline, and scope, taking into account risks and changes arising during delivery.

• Ensuring clear and consistent communication among stakeholders and effectively resolving conflicts and project dependencies.

• Monitoring progress, preparing reports, and facilitating regular status meetings.

🔍 WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

✅ Must-have

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including implementation projects delivered with external vendors.

• Hands-on experience in the healthcare industry (systems, applications, software).

• Experience working with technical teams, including in distributed environments.

• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (PRINCE2, PMI).

• Strong ability to manage scope, time, budget, and project risks.

• Very good command of English (B2/C1).

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.

⭐ Nice-to-have

• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AgilePM).

• Experience in projects involving ERP, CRM, or e-commerce solutions.
