What you will do:

You will be a part of Mobile AI transformation. Contributing to the greenfield projects; working with innovative technologies - Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile, AI Tooling usage.

• Develop high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with other teams (including iOS, AI/ML and Design teams) on cross-domain functionality and integrations.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and industry standards.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality development and share knowledge with the team.

• Support debugging, testing, and optimization efforts to deliver a smooth user experience.

Experience and skills you need to join us:

• Fluency in English and Polish (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).

• 3+ years of experience in Android development, with a portfolio of released apps or contributions to large projects.

• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and experience with Android SDK.

• Understanding of Gradle and Android’s build system

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

• Strong knowledge with Jetpack Compose and MVVM architecture.

• Proficiency in writing Unit Tests and familiarity.

• Understanding of how to work with mobile analytics, push notifications, and build scalable user experiences.

• Practical experience or strong interest in camera APIs, image processing, or on-device vision models — whether through commercial work, prototypes, or personal exploration.

• Interest in using AI-powered development tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or other LLMs) to enhance productivity, accelerate learning, and support autonomous problem-solving.

• Experience working with different types of APIs — especially GraphQL and REST — to support flexible, data-driven app features.

It would be great if you also have:

• Curiosity about prompt engineering, working with embeddings, or integrating voice-based interfaces using LLMs.

• Experience with AR development using ARCore

• Familiarity with OpenGL or graphics rendering

• Understanding of real-time communication protocols, such as gRPC, WebSockets, or WebRTC.

• Knowledge of Android’s design principles and best practices for creating intuitive, accessible, and visually polished UIs.
