Position: Mid / Senior React Native Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer (Mid or Senior level) to join our mobile development team. You’ll be working on modern, high-quality mobile applications — from consumer-facing apps to enterprise-level solutions — using the latest tools and frameworks.

You’ll collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product owners to build scalable, performant, and visually polished applications used by thousands of users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native (Android & iOS)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and best practices

• Optimize app performance and user experience across devices

• Participate in technical discussions and help shape architectural decisions

• (Senior) Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership within the team

Requirements

For Mid-level:

• 2–3+ years of commercial experience with React Native

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil)

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL

• Familiarity with mobile app lifecycle, build, and deployment processes

• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments and using Git

For Senior-level, additionally:

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience

• Ability to design and maintain scalable app architecture

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (Jest, Detox, etc.)

• Knowledge of native modules (Swift, Kotlin, Java) is a strong plus

• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with React.js (web development)

• Familiarity with tools like Firebase, AppCenter, Sentry, or Fastlane

• Understanding of mobile UX/UI design principles

• English proficiency sufficient for technical discussions and documentation
