Job description

Hi there! 👋🏻

We’re Tooploox 💎, part of Solvd Inc.

We create AI-powered products and services that make a real difference. Our team of nearly 200 specialists - including a 40+ person R&D team with many PhDs - has pioneered AI solutions across industries from healthcare to e-commerce. We’ve published research in top-tier venues like NeurIPS and ICML, while delivering real-world applications that help our clients innovate and scale.

Why we are hiring:

We're building an AI Client Innovation team that turns what's newly possible in AI into opportunities and real solutions for clients, fast.

The gap we're closing: AI capabilities are evolving weekly, but most clients can't adopt them at that pace. We stay at the forefront, translate new capabilities into practical patterns, and ship increments clients can actually use and build on.

You'll be the design voice on this team. You'll make our increments feel real, usable, and coherent. You'll build in code alongside engineers, not hand off static mockups. And you'll shape the AI UX patterns we reuse across projects.

This is a hands-on role. You'll spend most of your time building, not presenting decks.

What you will do:

  • Own the design and front-end implementation of increments from concept through build and demo.

  • Build in code. HTML, CSS, React, whatever gets it shipped. You're not waiting on engineers to implement your designs.

  • Use coding agents and agentic engineering workflows to move fast.

  • Partner with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams to understand client problems and constraints.

  • Make design tradeoffs that balance polish with speed.

  • Define and evolve AI UX patterns that the team can reuse across projects.

  • Spot interaction patterns that work (and don't) and document them for the team.

  • Ensure increments are coherent and usable, not just functional.

Experience and skills you need to join us:

  • Strong product design ability with front-end implementation skills. You've designed and built interfaces yourself, not just handed off specs. You might have started as a designer who learned to code, or an engineer who developed design chops. Either path works.

  • Fluency with AI-assisted design and development tools. Daily use of coding agents, Figma AI tools (Make, MCPs, plugins), and bidirectional design-to-code and code-to-design workflows. You know how to leverage these to move faster.

  • Curiosity and creativity. Side projects, experimentation, connecting dots others miss, staying current with a space that changes weekly.

  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders. You can frame problems, explain tradeoffs, and keep clients aligned without jargon.

  • Problem discovery instincts. You know how to ask the right questions, identify problems worth solving, and push back when a client's assumed solution isn't the real answer.

  • Client-facing confidence. You can run demos, navigate feedback, and hold your own in client conversations.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and context switching. You thrive with tight timeboxes, imperfect information, and multiple projects in flight. You can shift gears between different client problems without losing momentum.

  • Strong opinions on AI UX. You've thought about how AI interactions should feel and have ideas about what good looks like.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience designing for LLM-powered products (chat interfaces, copilots, agents).

  • Background in design systems or component libraries.

What we offer:

🏖️ 26 days of annual service break.

🤒 An additional pool of 14 days per year paid at 80% of your standard rate.

🇬🇧 English lessons.

📚 Access to a curated library of books and e-books, regularly updated based on employee suggestions, plus recurring knowledge-sharing initiatives.

🏡 Flexible hours and the option to work 100% remotely or from one of our offices in Wrocław or Warsaw.

💻 Top-quality equipment – we provide MacBooks, new monitors, noise-cancelling headphones, and any additional gear you may need to work comfortably.

🏥 Group insurance and private medical care.

🧠 Mental health support – we offer access to a psychologist with fully anonymous consultations if needed.

🏋️‍♂️ Multisport card, access to gyms in our office, and sports initiatives like the annual Bike 2 Work Challenge.

🍕🎮🕺🏻 We host team lunches, webinars, game nights, and social events. We enjoy the occasional barbecue, dance party, time on the terrace, foosball, or PlayStation session.

This team runs fast, ships constantly, and learns from what we build. If you want to shape how AI products feel, not just how they look, let's talk!
