Job description

Hi there!👋🏻

We’re Tooploox 💎, a Solvd Inc.

We create AI-powered products and services that make a real difference. Our team of nearly 200 specialists - including a 40+ person R&D team with many PhDs - has pioneered AI solutions across industries from healthcare to e-commerce. We’ve published research in top-tier venues like NeurIPS and ICML, while delivering real-world applications that help our clients innovate and scale.

Why we are hiring:

We're building an AI Client Innovation team that turns what's newly possible in AI into opportunities and real solutions for clients, fast.

The gap we're closing: AI capabilities are evolving weekly, but most clients can't adopt them at that pace. We stay at the forefront, translate new capabilities into practical patterns, and ship increments clients can actually use and build on.

You'll be one of the core builders on this team. You'll take ambiguous client problems, shape them into buildable scopes, and ship end-to-end increments in days. You'll work across multiple projects, use coding agents as part of your daily workflow, and own the quality of what you deliver. This is a hands-on role. You'll spend most of your time building, not meeting.

What you will do:

  • Own end-to-end increments from scope through build, demo, and handoff - with special responsibility for how things look, feel, and flow.

  • Work across the stack - frontend, backend, LLM integrations - whatever the problem needs.

  • Use coding agents and agentic engineering workflows to move fast.

  • Build correction paths into every AI-powered interface - confidence, edit, re-ask, undo. Every AI response needs a way to push back, not just a render.

  • Partner with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams to understand client problems and constraints.

  • Make scope tradeoffs that balance speed with learning.

  • Ensure what you ship is not only functional, but coherent and usable.

  • Run demos, gather feedback, and iterate quickly with clients.

  • Spot patterns across projects and turn them into reusable approaches.

  • Document what you build so it can be handed off, extended, or reused.

  • Contribute to improving how the team works - workflows, tools, and ways of shipping.

Experience and skills you need to join us:

  • Strong commercial frontend ability. You've shipped polished, production interfaces for real users. React, Next.js, and TypeScript are second nature. You've handled auth, state, loading/error edges, and real API contracts - not just personal projects.

  • Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling. Daily use of coding agents, experience with multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and LLM APIs. You know where they accelerate work and where they don't.

  • Demo-building instinct. You know what makes a prototype compelling to a non-technical audience. You can scope down ruthlessly within a tight timebox.

  • Curiosity and creativity. You experiment, build side projects, and stay current in a space that changes weekly.

  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders. You can frame problems, explain tradeoffs, and keep clients aligned without jargon.

  • Problem discovery instincts. You ask the right questions, identify problems worth solving, and push back when needed.

  • Client-facing confidence. You can run demos, navigate feedback, and hold your own in client conversations.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and context switching. You thrive with tight timeboxes, imperfect information, and multiple projects in flight.

  • Product and UX sensibility. You build things that are not just technically correct, but make sense to users.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Full-stack range - you can stand up your own backend endpoints, lightweight services, or LLM integrations when the problem needs it. Not required, but a cherry on top.

  • Experience with design systems or component libraries - you think in reusable patterns, not one-off screens.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (e.g. Figma AI, design-to-code).

  • Experience building internal tools or improving developer workflows (e.g. automation, MCPs, plugins, reusable components).

  • Interest in making teams faster by turning one-off solutions into repeatable patterns.

  • Familiarity with enterprise constraints (identity, permissions, secure data handling, integrations).

How we work:

At Tooploox 💎, you have the flexibility to choose your working hours ⏰ and location 📍. While we value remote work, we also believe in building relationships 🤝and invite you to join us in our Warsaw and Wrocław offices 🏢. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere 🍃 and try some “home-made” pizza 🍕 from our office pizza oven. We love having pets 🐶 in the office, so feel free to bring yours along.😁

Join us and shape the future of AI while working the way you like!
