💡Project Description:

In this project, you will work closely on gathering requirements, designing software solutions, creating development tasks, and collaborating with the team to implement them. Your role will involve close interaction with Product Owners, Architecture, QA, and Release Management to ensure high-quality delivery. As part of a large international company, you will contribute to enterprise-level applications, bringing both technical expertise and experience in complex software environments. This position offers the opportunity to work within a global banking company, gaining exposure to financial systems and global-scale projects.

📈 Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in designing and developing technical solutions from concept to implementation.
• Maintain application stability and ensure continued support without disrupting business operations.
• Offer technical guidance on the evolution and future improvements of the applications.
• Provide regular progress updates and collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Manager to address delivery challenges.
• Drive projects toward key milestones, proactively identifying and resolving obstacles.

🔑 Key Requirements:

• Advanced English in speaking and writing (you will be working with international clients only)
• Proven experience (4+ years) working with the Appian Platform.
• Strong background in RAD, BPMS, or other Low-Code Development Platforms (3+ years).
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying scalable systems within an agile environment.
• Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL.

➕Nice to have: 

• Appian certifications and solid SQL knowledge.
• Previous experience in software or platform development, preferably in a Portal or BPM-related environment.
• Understanding of user experience and UI design principles.
• Technical experience in accounting or financial services is a plus.
