You will be responsible for
• Design & Build:
-Architect and implement React microfrontends with TypeScript and
shared UI libraries.
-Develop Node.js backend services APIs and integrations with data stores
(e.g. PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Champion accessibility, performance (Core Web Vitals), and security
best practices (OWASP).
• Operate & Improve:
-Own services in production with observability-first practices (metrics,
logs, traces), SLOs/SLIs, alerting, and blameless post-mortems.
-Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and remediation;
reduce toil via automation and better design.
• DevOps & Delivery:
-Implement CI/CD with GitHub Actions and GitOps workflows (declarative
manifests, PR-based changes, environment promotions).
-Deploy and run workloads on Kubernetes, manage rollouts, configuration,
and runtime concerns (resource limits, autoscaling, health checks).
• Technical Leadership:
-Lead designs for complex features and cross-cutting platform
capabilities; write RFCs/ADRs and drive consensus.
-Elevate engineering standards via code reviews, pairing, mentoring, and
investing in developer experience/tooling.
-Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, translating
product goals into clear technical roadmaps.
• Quality & Security:
-Enforce robust testing strategies (unit, integration, contract, and E2E with
Jest/RTL/Cypress/Playwright).
-Integrate SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, and secure SDLC practices
into pipelines.
You will need
Must-have qualifications

data modeling, reliability patterns).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, containers, and production operations;
comfortable owning services end-to-end.
• Proficiency with testing at multiple layers and quality gates in pipelines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with fluent English to partner
closely with Product Owners and non-technical stakeholders.

matrix builds).
• Progressive delivery (e.g., Argo Rollouts canary/blue-green).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP),
networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, ingress).
• Observability stack design (metrics/logs/traces, SLOs, error budgets) and
incident management playbooks.
• Experience with performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and front-end build
pipelines at scale.

systems, Vite.
