Senior Full-Stack AI Developer

Project Info:

We are launching a mission-critical, AI-powered enterprise automation and decision platform. The system demands advanced LLM orchestration, semantic reasoning, absolute data integrity, and strict compliance with global security standards. As a Senior Full-Stack AI Developer, you will not just integrate APIs; you will own the entire lifecycle of this intelligent platform—from vector database architecture to live production model monitoring.

You will architect resilient backend systems, secure integration plumbing, and seamless deployment workflows for non-deterministic AI applications. This position bypasses traditional organizational handoffs. You build the AI agents, you secure the data pipelines, you deploy the infrastructure, and you run the production loops.

Responsibilities:

• Architect & Implement AI Workflows: Design scalable RAG pipelines and autonomous agent architectures while building lean, high-performance user interfaces for real-time AI interactions.

• Deploy & Optimize Models: Build robust CI/CD pipelines capable of executing zero-downtime schema migrations, token-efficient model caching, and automated fallback procedures when LLM providers experience downtime.

• Harden AI Security: Implement defensive coding practices against prompt injection, enforce strict PII masking before data hits third-party APIs, and secure application-level authentication boundaries.

• Govern AI Output: Serve as a human firewall by conducting rigorous, AI-native code reviews to intercept and fix subtle architectural defects, hallucinated logic, or security flaws introduced by LLM assistance tools.

• Own Reliability & Cost Observability: Track token consumption, monitor semantic drift, author operational runbooks for non-deterministic system behaviors, and lead technical incident responses.

Requirements:

• 8–12+ Years of Experience: Proven track record as a backend-leaning senior engineer who ships complex systems to production. You own the deployment, the security, and the integration plumbing from end to end.

• Production Mindset: Deep expertise in production operations. You are highly capable of handling complex database migrations, architecting zero-downtime deployments, and executing flawless rollback procedures.

• Security Depth: Absolute fluency in OWASP standards and modern defensive practices. You are an expert in secrets management, rigorous input validation, and application-level AuthN/AuthZ.

• AI-Native Code Review Fluency: You deeply understand the unique failure modes that LLMs introduce into codebases and can reliably catch hallucinated logic and AI-generated security vulnerabilities.

• Ownership Without Handoffs: You build it, you run it. You are comfortable carrying the pager, authoring operational runbooks, and leading technical incident response without relying on external DevOps or QA teams.
