    Position Overview:

    As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of complex projects and programs for our clients. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will lead strategic initiatives, enhance project management practices, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project and Program Management:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level projects and programs.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and vendors.
    • Work with representatives from private equity groups.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.

    Team Leadership:

    • Gather and lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
    • Foster a positive, productive team environment, supporting professional growth.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify project-related risks and issues.
    • Develop contingency plans and implement risk management strategies.
    • Monitor project status and proactively address potential challenges to ensure project success.

    Process Improvement:

    • Optimize project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


    Experience:

    • At least 8 years of experience in project and program management, with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Experience with DWH and ERP implementation.
    • Experience in implementing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
    • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
    • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

    Core Competencies:

    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.
    • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
    • English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
