Tech Lead Integration

We are looking for a Technical Lead Integration to drive and manage integration solutions for Factory of the Future projects. You will work with solution architects, product managers, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Type of contract: perm or B2B

Location: Poznań or Warsaw

Technologies:

• Kafka, Boomi
• Cloud-native integration, microservices, event-driven architectures
• Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• .NET
• Linux server environment
• Grafana (nice to have)

Requirements:

• 5+ years in integration design & development
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (publish/subscribe, request/response, event-driven)
• Experience with data transformation and process configurations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed
