Tableau Developer

Skills and qualifications:

• Prior knowledge of KHC systems and data set-up is strongly preferred
• Strong skills in SQL, Tableau, MS Excel are essential; Skills in PowerBi and Python is a plus.
• Having worked with the Microsoft Power Platform Stack, 365 Dynamics Project Operations, and Dataverse is a plus. Having worked with ERP data and processes (e.g. SAP) is a plus
• Experience in data analysis, data science or delivery role operating with complex, distributed IT environments (2-5 years)
• Experience in FMCG is a plus
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analysis, Data Science or equivalent IT field experience required
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with both business and technical staff with a high focus on being solution and business-oriented
• Ability to define, shape, and recommend changes to operational processes and come up with creative solutions; Analytical thinking with an emphasis on complex problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment on product vision, recommendations, and actions; Proficiency in English where this is not a native language
• Ownership mentality and proactivity is required. Challenging the status quo and bringing in new points of view where it helps the value of the product and the business is expected
• Ability and motivation to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, switch contexts/codes, and work iteratively. Experience with Scrum is a plus
