Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master (m/k) who thrives in a scaled Agile environment and is comfortable operating within the SAFe framework. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with strong facilitation skills, hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, and a proven ability to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality increments in complex, enterprise environments.

This role requires someone who can seamlessly fit into an existing Agile setup, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between team-level execution and program-level objectives.

Your role

• Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

• Support PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe events.

• Ensure alignment with SAFe principles and practices.

• Remove impediments and proactively address team blockers.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, RTEs, and other stakeholders.

• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the team.

• Track and report team metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, etc.).

• Support backlog management and sprint tracking in Azure DevOps.

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master (3+ years preferred).

• Hands-on experience working in a SAFe environment.

• Strong practical knowledge of Azure DevOps (boards, backlogs, reporting, dashboards).

• Solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.

• Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams.

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

• Ability to fit into existing structures and quickly gain trust within teams.

• Scrum certification (PSM, CSM) – preferred.

• SAFe certification (SSM, SASM) – highly desirable.
