Fullstack Technical Lead 🧑‍💻

We are looking for a Lead Fullstack Developer (Java + Angular) to take ownership of a key financial sector project. This role involves both hands-on development and technical leadership, guiding the team in designing and implementing scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in an international environment, ensuring best practices in architecture and software development.

This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day per week in the Warsaw office.

Your role

• Leading the development of web applications using Java and Angular.
• Defining technical direction and ensuring high code quality across the team.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving best practices.
• Optimizing performance and solving complex technical challenges.
• Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements
