We’re looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant with a strong background in finance and analytics to drive successful adoption of new IT systems and reporting tools. You’ll lead change initiatives that help financial teams transition smoothly to modern platforms, especially in the context of a Product-Oriented Delivery model.

Change Strategy: Design and deliver change plans for finance-related IT projects (e.g. ERP, reporting automation, analytics platforms).

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance, FP&A, compliance, and leadership to ensure buy-in and effective communication.

Training & Support: Tailor learning programs for financial teams and support adoption of new tools post-implementation.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and report on progress to leadership

- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years in change management, including 3+ years on IT projects in finance or analytics.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
- Familiar with Agile, IT project delivery, and financial systems like ERP or BI tools.
- Experience with finance transformations (e.g. cloud ERP, RPA, analytics modernization).
- Knowledge of Agile Finance and digital finance operations.
