Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage public sector projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on project management and governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling bids and proposals that meet client needs and showcase company’s capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across various company practices

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering

Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and bid management, preferably within the public sector or consulting environment within distributed multicultural environments
- Understanding of public sector operations, and procurement processes
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Familiarity with management tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, and other relevant software
- One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Proficiency in additional European language(s)
- Experience working with international government agencies or public sector organizations
- Experience in working at consulting firms
