💼 Business Systems Support Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise applications used across retail stores, offices, and distribution centres in a global organisation.
You’ll provide Level 3 support, resolve complex incidents, act as an escalation point for L1/L2 teams, and collaborate with infrastructure, development, and external vendors to ensure system stability, security, and performance. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation.

Experience supporting enterprise applications
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Knowledge of IT security principles
Experience with monitoring tools and configuration management
PowerShell scripting skills
Experience with AWS and/or Azure
Strong communication skills

Retail/POS systems experience
.NET, SQL, Power BI knowledge
Automation or containerisation experience
