IT Workplace and Infrastructure Support

Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to provide on-site assistance for end-user workplace technology. This consultancy role requires expertise in troubleshooting and managing hardware resources to maintain operational efficiency in a dynamic IT environment.

Main Responsibilities:
The candidate will play a vital role in executing local IT operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on support for end-user workplace technology, including laptops, thin clients, and peripherals.

• Performing hardware tasks such as cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, and resets.

• Managing local stock and coordinating storage activities for accurate asset tracking.

• Acting as onsite support for the technical room, including basic server and networking assistance.

• Coordinating with global AZ Tech teams for issue escalation.

• Troubleshooting and resolving first-level hardware or connectivity issues.

• Coordinating with Lenovo for hardware solution resolutions.

• Assisting with password management for BitLocker, BIOS, and related issues.

• Handling incident management for software and network issues.

• Supporting IT onboarding processes by activating licenses and services.

Key Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following essential skills:

• Experience with end-user support for hardware and software technologies.

• Basic understanding of server and networking support.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and connectivity issues.

• Ability to manage hardware stock and asset tracking effectively.

Nice to Have:
The following skills are considered beneficial but are not mandatory:

• Familiarity with software packaging processes.

• Experience with SD-WAN and connectivity services.

• Knowledge of password management systems like BitLocker.

Other Details:
This contract position requires onsite support two days a week at Konstruktorska 12, with a flexible arrangement for the working hours. The role is expected to last for 12 months, contributing significantly to local IT operations in a reputable corporate environment.
