We are currently looking for an IAM Service Supervisor for one of the leading companies in Warsaw. If you have a talent for managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) services and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Identity Manager Engineer/Administrator
• Experience in managing IAM service delivery and operations (e.g., Incident Management, Request Fulfillment)
• Ability to write specifications, concept documents, user and technical documentation, and communicate IAM requirements with stakeholders
• Practical experience in IAM-specific service management
• Proven ability to work independently and guide junior staff
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Fluent English

Your Role:

• Monitor and report on IAM KPI and SLA performance
• Oversee contracts for hardware, software, and third-party IAM services
• Act as the main contact for business units, IT, and security on IAM matters
• Coordinate organization-wide IAM service and workflow updates
• Ensure user accounts are created, maintained, and deactivated according to policy
• Collaborate with the IAM project team to ensure smooth solution delivery
• Manage IAM escalations and resolve issues in coordination with security teams
