💎 Position: IAM/PAM Architect

🚀 Start: ASAP

🧑‍💻 Long-term freelance contract

💰 Rate: 265-285 PLN net/h

🔹 Location: Remote from Poland

Requirements:

• 15+ years in IAM/PAM architecture and compliance, ideally in financial services.
• Expertise in CyberArk (Sentry or Guardian certification preferred).
• Knowledge of SoD policies, business risk mitigation, and regulatory standards like DORA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Preferred certifications: CyberArk, TOGAF, Zero Trust Architect, CISSP, or ITIL

Your Role:

• Design IAM/PAM architectures, including SailPoint configurations and SoD policies.
• Develop governance frameworks and compliance-driven solutions for regulated entities.
• Lead PoCs and provide technical support for pilots.
• Analyze and enhance IAM and PAM tools and processes.
• Ensure regulatory adherence, focusing on ECB-regulated banks.
