Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our Engineering Team, take the helm of the projects, communicate with clients, and contribute hands-on to the codebase.

We are seeking a candidate who would be keen on joining us for the long term.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using TypeScript
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while enforcing best practices such as version control, comprehensive testing, and rigorous code reviews
• Mentor junior developers, promote a culture of continuous learning, and provide technical guidance to ensure high standards across the team
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of applications
• Provide strategic input during project architecture and design, ensuring robust and future-proof solutions
• Optimize apps for performance and scalability while maintaining an excellent user experience

Requirements:

• Min. 6 years of commercial experience in software development
• At least 1 year of experience in leading development teams or project
• Commercial experience working in Typescript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Nest.js
• Knowledge of AWS
• Proactive approach and strong communication skills in English and Polish (both are required on min. C1 level)
• Technical university degree in the IT field
• Experience in React Native would be an asset
• Self motivation, willingness to learn new things and positive attitude to change

Recruitment process:

1. HR interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 minutes)
2. Intellectual capabilities test (1 hour)
3. Technical interview: live coding session (1 hour)
4. Final interview with the Head of Delivery (1 hour)
5. Decision
