Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge? We're looking for someone like you to enrich our Delivery Team. As a Product Delivery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving agile projects and ensuring successful delivery of software products.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to meet project goals
• Lead cross-functional, agile teams to deliver business value to our customers 
• Manage project budget and timeline to ensure adherence to set parameters
• Maintain project documentation for clarity and reference
• Lead product discovery process to validate product value, usability, feasibility, and business viability
• Craft user stories that capture project requirements and objectives 
• Improve internal processes related to product and project management

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Delivery Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager roles within commercial settings
• Proven track record of successful software product delivery
• Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies
• Hands-on experience with product discovery process
• Proactive approach and strong communication skills in English and Polish (both are required on min. C1 level)

Recruitment process:

1. HR interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 minutes)
2. Intellectual capabilities test (1 hour)
3. Final interview with the Head of Delivery (1 hour)
4. Decision
