Senior Product Delivery Manager (Project Manager / Product Owner)

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our Delivery Team, responsible for guiding products from discovery through delivery, while keeping everyone aligned, focused, and moving forward.

Your role & responsibilities

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will:

• Lead cross-functional, agile teams (developers, designers, QA) to deliver real business value

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment

• Own and manage the product backlog – prioritisation, refinement, and clarity

• Create clear, well-structured user stories that translate business needs into actionable work

• Take care of project scope, timeline, and budget

• Maintain project and product documentation for transparency and continuity

• Lead the product discovery process, validating:

  • product value

  • usability

  • feasibility

  • business viability

• Continuously improve internal delivery and product processes

• Support the team in making good decisions and keeping focus on outcomes, not just tasks

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who feels confident in delivery, but still curious and open to learning.

You are someone who:

• has 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Delivery Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager

• has a proven track record of delivering software products

• understands Agile and Lean methodologies in practice (not just theory)

• has hands-on experience with product discovery

• communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• speaks English and Polish fluently (both are required)

• is proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership

Recruitment process

1. HR Interview (30 min)

   A conversation with our Head of HR to understand your experience, motivation, and expectations.

2. Short Analytical Test

   The goal is to assess analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with patterns and language — not advanced technical knowledge.

3. Delivery Interview (60 min)

   A meeting with our Head of Delivery where you’ll talk about:

   • solving delivery and project challenges

   • agile practices and real-life trade-offs

   • how you approach tasks and difficult situations

   • how you use AI tools in your daily work

   • culture fit, teamwork, and communication

4. Decision

   Usually within one week after the final interview.
