We’re looking for a growth-oriented eCommerce Product Manager to join our close-knit international team.
We co-create the eCommerce platform for Lucchese – the most iconic Western brand in the world, with over 140 years of heritage and traditional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
Managing the e-commerce roadmap: updates, alignment, execution
Working closely with the Head of eCommerce and stakeholders across product, retail, analytics, marketing, and CRO
Overseeing and leading a 6-person team (Developers, QA, Design)
Analyzing eCommerce metrics (sales, conversions, user behavior) and drawing actionable conclusions; supporting A/B testing initiatives
Developing the online store with an omnichannel approach in mind
Representing eCommerce within the company: clear communication, explaining needs, proposing solutions
Attending meetings with the Dallas team (regularly online + up to 2 onsite visits per year)
Ensuring KPIs and strategic objectives are met
Nice to have
Participation in testing and launching major new features
Contributing to team culture, morale, and atmosphere
Requirements
3+ years of experience in eCommerce product management, preferably in footwear, apparel, or other high-consideration retail categories
Experience managing people or leading project teams
Excellent English, sufficient for cross-departmental internal negotiations
Willingness to travel to the US (up to 2 trips per year)
Independence and accountability – this is a decision-making role, not a coordinator position
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
Nice to have: retail experience and familiarity with omnichannel environments or premium/luxury D2C brands.}
