AI/Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and systems.

This role focuses on building robust, scalable ML solutions, including computer vision pipelines, and taking them from proof of concept to production-ready deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address real-world challenges, delivering innovative and technically sound solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms, models, and LLM-based pipelines
• Partner with our customers to understand their challenges and deliver technical solutions that meet their specific needs while navigating the complexities of productionizing ML
• Write production quality code using standard software engineering best practices (git, testing, etc.)
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Machine Learning and AI
• Collaborate with customers to design robust, scalable systems that leverage ML, from proof of concept through full production deployment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in large-scale machine learning projects
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• English at C1 level or higher
• Proficiency in Polish
• Technical proficiencies:
• ML Frameworks: PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Data Libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Pydantic
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• ML Workflow Tools: Metaflow, MLflow
• Experiment Tracking: Weights and Biases, Neptune
• Core competencies:
• Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformer, ResNet, CNN)
• Strong software development best practices
• Proven track record of building production-ready ML applications
• Ability to translate ML research into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience deploying ML systems in production environments
• Advanced scalability and optimization expertise
• In-depth understanding of:
• Edge AI
• Reinforcement learning
• Computer vision
• Natural language processing (NLP) at scale
• Experience with Large Language Models and multi-modal Large Language Models
