Product Owner (HealthTech)

We’re looking for a product owner who will connect vision and execution for an innovative HealthTech startup. You'll work on turning business goals into technology, working alongside our technical and design teams.

What you’ll do

• Shape and maintain our product backlog to align with business objectives

• Guide development through clear user stories and acceptance criteria

• Lead sprint planning and help teams overcome obstacles

• Refine our products through iterative improvement

• Keep our long-term technical quality and product vision on track

Your day-to-day

You'll be the connector between:

• Business teams who understand market needs

• Design teams 

• Technical teams

We work in a pragmatic agile workflow without religious corporate scrum overhead. Each team finds what works best for them, with a focus on efficient shipping while maintaining quality and long-term technical excellence.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role in a HealthTech startup.

  
  

  Bonus points for experience with:

• B2B and B2B2C platforms, marketplaces

• Mobile-first apps

• AI-enabled apps

• IoT and wearables

• Track record of shipping complex products 

• Healthcare products, HIPAA and compliance

• Technical understanding of software development, mobile web technologies (APIs, push, IoT concepts)

• Immaculate communication skills in English are a must (English, C1-C2)
