    T Hub - Standardization Expert

    • Location: Warszawa
    • Contract: Employment contract

     

    WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

    • Focus is on OAM standards and OAM interfaces
    • Leading negotiations on new technologies with manufacturers and other operators in international, globally operating committees (focus on 3GPP)
    • Deciding on the strategic approach in globally operating committees.
    • Patent analyses (in a manner equivalent to those by patent attorneys) for evidence in court.
    • Preparation, analysis, and strategic evaluation of new technologies.
    • Analysis of external globally operating standardization committees.
    • Coordination of strategic and technical requirements within the DTAG group.
    • Derivation of target architectures and technical requirements from the strategic corporate guidelines.
    • Project management for implementing the strategic and professional business interests in standardization committees, including assembling the project team and resource planning.
    • Creation of specifications and submission of contributions in the external globally operating committees to enforce solutions with potentially high impact on DTAG's business and profit development.
    • Significant steering of committees by taking strategically important positions, e.g., Chairman of working groups, subgroups.
    • Professional and strategic consulting for various DTAG units on new technologies.
    • Significantly influences the strategic direction of the group regarding new technologies.
    • Identifying potential for the design and optimization of processes.

    Stage 1.

    Let’s meet to better understand each other's expectations.

    Our screening meeting will last about 20-30 minutes. We will ask you about our areas of interest and will be happy to field any questions you may have.


    Stage 2.

    Hiring Manager will receive a recommendation for your application.

    There’s nothing for you to do at this stage — we’ll take care of everything. During this time we process all the information we've gathered during the screening process and dig deeper into your CV.


    Stage 3.

    Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members.

    We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.


    Stage 4.

    Time to decide!

    At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
