Junior QA Engineer

What will you do on a daily basis?

• Understand how features work and should work, and learn the Synerise platform end-to-end.

• Perform manual testing of new features and regression testing.

• Execute automated tests, monitor results, and maintain/update existing test suites.

• Assist in the design and implementation of new automated tests.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, and report issues while cooperating with developers in their analysis.

• Collaborate closely with developers and other QA engineers to ensure quality.

• Implement best practices in testing to improve and maintain code quality.

What will make us a perfect match?

• Experience in manual testing of web applications

• Working experience in Selenium (Python) and pytest

• Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices

• Familiarity with browser dev tools

• Attention to detail and proactive attitude

• Basic experience or knowledge about automated testing tools

• Basic programming knowledge, preferably in Python

• Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g. Git)

• Willingness to learn and gain new skills in the area of automated testing
