Software Tester - Paid Internship

Montrose Software invites all aspiring Software Testers to apply for a paid Internship with an International IT Company. This 3-month program is designed for beginners, so no prior software testing experience is required, though it is a plus. You will gain hands-on experience working on real-life projects in an Agile team, focusing on testing internal company projects. Our experienced Testers will teach you everything you need to know from scratch—just bring your interest in the field and a willingness to learn. We are offering to extend the internship period into a regular position, with the possibility of working with international teams.

Our requirements:

• Good spoken and written English

• Ability to work in office

• Good work organization

• Strong attention to details

• Willingness to learn new skills/technologies

• Analytical thinking

You will be involved in:

• Performing software manual tests

• Creating test cases, test scenarios

• Reporting identified bugs

• Collaborating with developers on real projects

• Working as a member of an agile software team

Please note that the interview process is divided into two parts:

• Technical interview ~1 hours

• Non-technical call with hiring manager ~45 minutes
