We are looking for a Junior/Mid IT Administration Specialist to join our team🚀
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting and troubleshooting for users, services, clients, and infrastructure (PDU, UPS, Servers, Disk Matrices, workstations, and other devices), VMs, and VPNs.
- Installation, servicing, configuration, and optimization of IT systems.
- Writing technical documentation, including operational manuals, FAQs, checklists, and procedures.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the IT infrastructure in compliance with internal and external policies and best practices, while mitigating vulnerabilities.
- Collaborating with Software Engineering for support in automation, bug fixing, log gathering, and performance improvement.
- Travelling to remote sites (foreign countries and Bydgoszcz) to install, fix, or upgrade IT infrastructure.
- Managing IT tickets in ClickUP.
- Managing the lifecycle of IT equipment (selection, purchase, maintenance, and optimization).
Requirements:
- Experience with MS 365, Azure, Windows Desktop & Server systems
- IT-related problem-solving abilities (both simple and complex)
- B2 level in written and spoken English
- Willingness to help users, solve technical issues
- Eagerness for continuous learning and development
Nice to have:
- Experience with code building pipelines.
- Experience with updates of global distributed, remote systems (limited bandwidth and network stability).
- B category driving licence (we need you to visit our 2nd office in Zielonka if needed).
- Python and PowerShell scripting.
- C#/.NET.
Terms of employment:
- Hybrid employment model (Bydgoszcz/Zielonka) - occasional visits.
