Senior Salesforce Product Analyst

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Salesforce Product Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a multinational construction and building product manufacturing company. 

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and experience with Lightning components.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of delivering business solutions through Salesforce.

• Demonstrable experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Experience with data modelling, reporting, and dashboard creation within Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce solutions.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce development and configuration.

• Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce features and integrations to improve business processes and deliver measurable value.

• Lead workshops and training sessions with end-users to ensure the effective adoption and optimal use of Salesforce.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and customer service, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.

• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis to recommend and implement improvements.

• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge.

• Support testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.

• Monitor Salesforce performance and proactively identify and resolve issues or inefficiencies.
