Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support projects in the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) domain. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering solutions that support critical HSE/ESG applications within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Collaborating with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to define, prioritize, and document business requirements

• Gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear user stories and maintaining a well‑structured product backlog aligned with Agile best practices

• Taking end‑to‑end ownership of delivering application modules, including preparing business cases and adapting out‑of‑the‑box solutions

• Working closely with stakeholders at all organizational levels, as well as with vendors, consultants, and system architects, to ensure alignment and solution quality

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation (including configuration workbooks) and supporting technical teams with process and documentation insights

Expected competences and knowledge

• 8–10 years of experience in the IT sector, including substantial experience as a Business Analyst

• Background in the EHS / ESG domain; experience with platforms such as Intelex or similar solutions is a strong advantage

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and a wide range of stakeholders

• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hands‑on experience with backlog and user‑story management

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and their application in service and operations environments

• Ability to develop business cases and conduct detailed business‑process analysis

• High adaptability and effectiveness in dynamic, fast‑changing environments

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality documentation

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office

• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery and backlog‑management tools

• Basic understanding of HTML

• Practical knowledge of requirement‑management and backlog‑management tools

Nice to have

• Experience working in global Agile teams

• Understanding of release‑management processes and post‑deployment support

• Experience working with critical HSE/ESG applications
