Senior LLM Optimization Engineer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior LLM Optimization Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a broker platform. 

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python.

• Solid experience in Prompt engineering/LLM optimisation.

• Expertise in data analytics

• Experience with Grafana dashboards (or equivalent monitoring tooling).

Responsibilities

• Optimise and monitor the LLM prompts used to extract data from property schedules.

• Work with property stakeholders to define success criteria, evaluate extraction quality at scale against ground truth data, and build monitoring to track performance in production.

• Evaluate and improve the performance of Property-specific extraction prompts at scale production (to define whether it is improving or worsening).
