Senior Agentic Developer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Agentic Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a leading on-site work marketplace seeking creative and skilled developers to join the global engineering team. The mission is to design and develop technology that improves users' lives while providing an exceptionally high level of service.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in infrastructure architecture, or enterprise systems integration with real hands-on experience in development using Python and API-based services.

• Strong understanding of building and operating CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and cloud-native deployments.

• Experience designing or implementing AI orchestration frameworks in multi-agent systems, workflow coordination, or RAG patterns (familiarity with Temporal or Claude Agent SDK is a strong plus).

• Understanding of building API-driven services (FastAPI or equivalent), with configuration-driven logic using YAML/JSON.

• Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud-native deployment strategies.

• Experience implementing observability, logging, and monitoring for distributed AI and automation platforms.

• Solid understanding of MLOps practices: model lifecycle management, versioning, governance

• Ability to collaborate across product, data, security, and platform teams

• Strong technical documentation and communication skills - you can write for both engineers and leadership.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with agentic development workflows or automated SDLC tooling.

• Experience integrating with Linear or similar project/issue tracking systems.

• Prior work in marketplace platforms or complex multi-tenant systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the AI orchestration layer that connects AI agents, workflow automation, and our existing developer tooling

• Build and operate the infrastructure pipelines that support agentic workloads and cloud-native deployments.

• Define standards for MLOps, API design, observability, and compliance appropriate for an enterprise-scale AI platform.

• Partner closely with engineering leadership to translate architectural vision into reusable, production-grade platform components.

• Ensure adherence to AI guardrails, SLAs, and security/compliance standards throughout the platform.
