The project:


We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer who will help our client's team build unifying technologies that bring transparency, trust, and equity to the entire healthcare community with a focus on pharmaceutical pricing. Client success is measured when they can empower all of healthcare to focus more on improving people's health. Seeking a collaborative Fullstack Engineer embodying values like Collaboration, Inspiration, Steadfastness, Courage, and Excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues to ensure smooth operation of software systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the engineering team to ensure project success.
  • Communicate technical decisions and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Propose and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance software development processes.
  • Lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact project success.
  • Create clear and concise technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design patterns, and API specifications.
  • Mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.


Requirements

What's important for us?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant Fullstack Engineer experience
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams
  • Professional experience with React and .NET
  • Strong experience with cloud-native platforms is required (Azure preferred)
  • Experience building/maintaining a mature CI/CD development environment
  • Ambition, initiative, and desire to learn new things and seek new responsibilities 
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and assignments
  • Ability to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Experience with DBT and Snowflake
