Service Delivery Manager - Warsaw - Hybrid
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with a strong Quality Assurance background to lead complex technology programmes and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes.
This role carries full accountability for end-to-end programme execution including scope, quality, timelines, risk management and stakeholder engagement. A deep understanding of QA and testing practices is essential, as quality governance will be a core pillar of successful delivery.
You will operate at programme level, coordinating multiple workstreams and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Delivery Ownership
Take full responsibility for successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
Ensure alignment of scope, timelines, budget and quality objectives
Proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges
Drive programme governance and executive reporting
Quality & Assurance Oversight
Embed structured QA practices across delivery streams
Ensure test strategy, coverage and execution meet programme standards
Provide release recommendations based on quality metrics and risk analysis
Champion automation-first principles where appropriate
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
Maintain transparent communication on delivery status, risks and mitigation plans
Lead steering committees and governance reviews
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal leadership
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor delivery managers, QA leads and cross-functional teams
Support workforce planning and resource allocation
Foster accountability, collaboration and performance excellence
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs across delivery and quality
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure structured documentation, reporting and audit readiness
Candidate Profile
10+ years’ experience in technology delivery, with strong QA foundation
Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-stream programmes
Deep understanding of enterprise testing frameworks and quality governance
Experience operating within structured programme governance models
Strong client-facing and executive communication skills
Commercially aware, with ability to manage delivery performance against objectives
Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with operational control
