Business Analyst - Krakow - Poland - Hybrid 2 days onsite

We are seeking a commercially aware and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join this international organisation. This role will focus on understanding our systems, data structures, and integrations, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, practical, and scalable technical solutions.

The Role

You will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to shape ideas into structured requirements and deliverable outcomes. The position requires strong analytical capability, structured thinking, and the confidence to collaborate across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse the current product and technology landscape, including data models, system workflows, and external interfaces.

• Engage with users and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and define business requirements.

• Translate business challenges into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.

• Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to support successful delivery.

• Produce high-quality documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.

• Create business process models, workflow diagrams, and data flow documentation.

• Assess system-wide and user impacts of proposed enhancements or changes.

• Support implementation through clear handovers, presentations, and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Collaborate effectively within a global organisation and across distributed development teams.

• Work with API and integration teams to support system connectivity and data exchange.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas that enhance product capability and efficiency.

• Build strong working relationships by proactively engaging with colleagues and stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in business analysis within a product or technology-driven environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience documenting requirements in agile environments, including user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience producing structured process and systems documentation.

• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.

• Comfortable operating within globally distributed teams.

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
