Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented BI Frontend Developer who will play a key role in building and standardizing reporting solutions within our organization.

This role goes beyond dashboard development - you will help shape Power BI best practices, analytical standards, and reporting governance. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate data into meaningful insights, ensuring high-quality analytical models and scalable reporting solutions. If you are independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a business environment - this role is for you.

What you will do:

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards following data visualization best practices

• Build, maintain, and optimize analytical data models

• Create and maintain business calculations using DAX

• Develop and maintain documentation for analytical models and reporting solutions

• Define and implement Power BI standards and best practices across the organization

• Conduct Power BI workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions

• Perform business analysis to define reporting requirements and project scope

• Validate and verify data using SQL queries

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between reporting solutions and business needs

• Continuously improve data quality, performance, and usability of reporting solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Power BI

• Experience working in a business environment and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders

  
  

  Strong knowledge of:

• Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service

• Data modeling (star schema, relationships, performance optimization)

• DAX (advanced calculations and measures)

• SQL (data validation, querying, troubleshooting)

• Understanding of data visualization best practices and UX principles in reporting

• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to conduct workshops

• English- min. B2

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power Query (M language)

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Familiarity with data governance principles
