MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant / Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant / Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 solutions, a passion for delivering high-quality business applications, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 components, including plugins, workflows, integrations, and customizations

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and services using standard and custom APIs

• Provide guidance, best practices, and technical support to team members and clients

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM / F&O/ ERP) as a Consultant or Developer

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and extension using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Solid knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and web technologies used in Dynamics 365 development

• Experience with integrations, REST APIs, and data migration scenarios

• Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)

• Familiarity with Azure services and Dynamics 365 deployment best practices is a plus

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a strong advantage

• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for working in international teams

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
