Technical Writer

Form of cooperation: freelance project-specific B2B contract with an estimated duration through the end of 2026, offering the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

• Having interest in technical writing and content creation process.

• Having fundamental knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS.

• Having the ability to work on and keep track of multiple projects.

• Familiarity with technical information authoring tools.

• Experience with MadCap Flare.
  

Project description:

We’re looking for skilled Technical Writers to join our client's development teams. Specializing in enterprise software for people-centric organizations - such as those in education, public services, and non-profits - these teams build solutions that support critical business functions like finance, HR, and planning. 

Technical Writers will play a key role in making these complex systems more accessible through clear, user-focused documentation. Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and designers, they’ll help ensure the solutions are not only powerful, but also easy to understand and use.

Main responsibilities:

• Work as a customer advocate.

• Design, create and edit content according to the company's standards and processes.

• Review peer-to-peer materials created by other Technical Writers.

• Take part in UI strings development.

• Identify the opportunities for content and process improvements.
