People Technology Specialist
Your role
As a People Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving our global HR technology, ‘People Tech’, landscape. You will act as an internal advisor on HR systems and help the organization make better data driven decisions through effective system configuration, integrations, and reporting.
You’ll collaborate closely with centers of excellence within HR such as Total Rewards, Payroll & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc. As well as HR Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure our processes are seamless, secure, and scalable.
This is an individual contributor role with significant influence, offering the opportunity to shape how people data and technology support the employee experience.
Your accountabilities:
Maintain, configure, and optimize HRIS systems (Workday) to support HR processes.
Act as liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, and technology partners.
Translate business needs into HR data and technology solutions.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data standards.
Monitor system performance, ensure data quality, and troubleshoot issues.
Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide Level 2-3 support in JIRA, resolving tickets efficiently.
What do you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
1+ years of experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and HR data/technology administration.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and workforce data, including reporting and compliance.
Ability to translate business requirements into HR technology solutions.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting Workday modules such as HCM Core, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, or Advanced Reporting.
