ServiceNow Developer/Consultant

ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes of Enterprise clients. As Senior ServiceNow Developer you would support our project teams involved in implementation, configuration and maintenance of NowPlatform. 

We are in search of Consultants and Developers of the ServiceNow platform who are passionate about creating innovative and bespoke solutions for our clients. Main responsibilities:

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be tasked with directing the development and implementation of intricate business processes. This also involves the analysis of business requirements at all stages of development. You may have the opportunity to lead a team of consultants during projects or design the architecture of ServiceNow solutions. 

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when collaborating through implementation, customization or maintenance projects. This may be demonstrated through:

• Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with minimum 4 years of experience

• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation or maintenance

• Experience in project activities as a Developer

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience

• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification

• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)

• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC

• Showcased knowledge of Best Practices in Software Development

• Experience with implementing ServiceNow solutions in a regulated financial services environment.

• Familiarity with the DORA framework and its requirements for digital operational resilience in the financial sector.

• Ability to map DORA requirements to ServiceNow GRC and SecOps functionalities.

• Experience in conducting risk assessments and managing compliance within ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of European Union regulations and directives relevant to financial services.

• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies

• Proficiency in English

Nice to have

• German or other European languages would be an advantage but not mandatory

• A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical field or economic field
