Senior Project Manager (Salesforce)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Salesforce implementations to lead large-scale, international IT projects. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, close cooperation with technical and business stakeholders, and regular collaboration with teams and stakeholders based in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Salesforce implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
Manage large, cross-functional and international project teams, including internal teams and external vendors/partners.
Plan and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, dependency maps, and communication plans.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, including executive-level reporting and steering committees.
Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Technical Leads, and Product Owners to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
Manage project governance, change management, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Coordinate work across time zones, including regular meetings and alignment with teams in Australia.
Requirements (Must-have)
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, preferably within large corporations and complex, scalable, international environments.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementation projects (Salesforce platform or Salesforce Clouds).
Proven experience delivering projects using large Agile methodology, especially SAFe.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication with senior management and C-level executives.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and risk management skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Availability and willingness to regularly connect with Australia-based teams, including working hours overlap when required.
Nice to Have
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) or experience working with Salesforce partners.
Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware) and multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
Experience managing fixed-price and time & materials delivery models.
Additional Information
Workload: 0.5 FTE with an option to move to full-time
Start date: January 2026
Location: remote from Poland (meetings with the AU time zone – approx. 2–3 times per week)
