For our Client, we are looking for an End-to-End Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple global projects within the Corporate Technology portfolio

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and governance controls

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Corporate Affairs, vendors) and ensure accountability

• Act as the primary stakeholder interface, driving alignment and decision-making at senior levels

• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies

• Oversee project financials, optimize resource allocation, and manage change control processes

• Manage third-party vendors, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with internal teams

• Maintain audit-ready project documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards

• Provide clear executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates

• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technology projects in HR, Corporate, or Government Affairs domains (e.g., HRIS, intranet, workflow tools)

• Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Legal/Compliance, IT, and external vendors

• Solid understanding of enterprise platforms (HRIS, case management, analytics, workflow systems)

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs (timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies)

• Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership (steering committees, QBRs)

• Experience delivering system-driven initiatives end-to-end

• Experience working in global, cross-regional environments

• Ability to work flexible hours (12:00–20:00 CET)

• Ability to operate in matrix organizations and manage multiple concurrent projects
