Senior LowCode Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Low-Code Engineer to join an international technology project focused on business process automation. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Poland on advanced automation solutions for enterprise clients, using modern low-code platforms and best engineering practices.

It supports global enterprise clients by designing, building, and scaling innovative digital platforms that improve operational efficiency and drive business transformation. With over 30 years of experience, the organization delivers high-quality solutions across industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, energy, and manufacturing, working closely with leading technology partners including major cloud and platform providers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

• Build low-code applications and workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate

• Develop and implement RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop

• Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery (design, development, testing, deployment, support)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders

• Configure process-oriented workflows and perform component, integration, and UAT testing

• Customize industry-specific solutions to meet client business needs

• Troubleshoot automation and platform-related issues

• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform

• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop (RPA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-500, PL-200, PL-400)

• Experience with other low-code or RPA platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Mendix, Pegasystems)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Understanding of low-code design best practices, performance, and integrations

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation scenarios

• Very good communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to work remotely from Poland (mandatory)

• English level: B2/C1
