Senior Project Manager (ERP)

100% remote work (Poland).

In this role you would be responsible for leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP system conversion initiatives. This role involves coordinating cross functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that the project meets the defined objectives and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as IT Project Manager
• Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics)
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Trello)
• Experience in Risk Management, Budgeting and Resource Allocation, Change Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field ( a master’s degree is a plus)
• Willingness to work across various time zones
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (C1)
